Return Policy

Kindly note that we will no longer accept exchanges for regular priced items.
Instead, store credits will be issued for returns and customers can then use it to purchase a more suitable size or design.

RETURN PROCESS

To request for a return, please email us askus@lovengold.com or send an enquiry with your order number within 7 working days for local orders and 14 working days for international orders from the order dispatched date. Requests for returns will not be entertained after the stipulated period.

Please contact us prior to sending the item(s) back to us. In the event the items are sent back to us without notification, $5 will be deducted from the order amount due to additional processing time.

Postage incurred for returning the item back to us will be borne by the customer.
All return mails must be sent back to us via a trackable delivery mode within the next 7 days after the approval of the return request.

Store credits in the value of the original item will be issued after item has been received.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and strictly non-refundable and non-extendable.

CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN

  • Regular-priced items
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with tag still intact; in a brand new and selling condition
  • Incorrect item received
  • Defective item received

All sale items and items purchased using discount codes or credits are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable & non-refundable.
Orders made with store credits are not eligible for returns & exchanges.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We sincerely apologize for the defective or incorrect item received.

Please email us askus@lovengold.com or send an enquiry with your order number and a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) within 7 working days for local orders and 14 working days for international orders from the order dispatched date and we will assist you further. Postage incurred for returning incorrect/defective item(s) will be reimbursed.

All returns for incorrect/defective item(s) must be in its original condition received, unworn, unwashed with all tags intact.
Any forms of wear and tear or damage caused to the product after wearing/washing will not be considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchange, or refunds.

Kindly note that there may be a 0.25″ to 0.5″ difference in our given measurements as apparel are mass manufactured. This variance will not be considered as a defect and hence, a return request will not be accepted.
