- Membership tier is lifetime, and will not be downgraded.
- Membership is strictly non-transferable.
- Birthday month discount is applied to the 1st order in your birthday month.
- Silver and Gold member discounts are only valid on regular-priced items. The member discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- LVG Rewards Poitns cannot be redeemed concurrently with a discount code.
- Points accumulation is based on invoice amount (rounded down), excluding shipping fee.
- Points will be credited after your order status has been changed to completed.
- All orders purchased with discount codes & vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Points earned are valid for 12 months, from the day they are credited into your account. Any unused/expired points will be forfeited and cannot be extended.
- Unused points cannot be changed to cash.
