Exchange & Return
We provide a one-time exchange for regular priced items. This is subject to availability of the preferred item after item has been received. Return postage charges and re-delivery fee of $4.50 will be borne by the customer.
All sale items and items purchased using discount codes or credits are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable & non-refundable.
To request for an exchange, please email us email@example.com or send an enquiry with your order number and your preferred item within 7 working days for local orders and 14 working days for international orders from the order dispatched date.
Requests for exchanges & return will not be entertained after the stipulated period.
To be eligible for an exchange & return, the merchandise must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn and in a brand new and selling condition).
In the event the preferred item is unavailable, you may choose to exchange to another design or return for store credits.
Store credits in the value of the original item will be issued after item has been received. $2.50 will be deducted from the store credits as the initial courier fee is partially borne by Lovengold.
Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and strictly non-refundable and non-extendable. Orders utilizing store credits are not eligible for exchanges and returns.
All exchange and return requests are processed via courier. Our stockist does not process exchange requests for online orders.
Please contact us prior to sending the item back to us.
Kindly note that there may be a 0.25″ to 0.5″ difference in our given measurements as apparel are mass manufactured. This variance will not be considered as a defect.
